How do I generate, send, and print receipts?

Patients automatically receive an emailed receipt when they make any NexHealth payment (via Terminals, payment requests, charged cards on file, or online payment widget).

Print payment receipts

You can manually print a receipt for any completed payment.

1. Go to Transaction history.

Navigate to the Transaction history tab in Payments.

2. Open the overflow menu (ellipsis).

Click on the ellipsis (...) to the right of the transaction (payments or refunds).

3. Select Print Receipt.

Select Print Receipt. You’ll then get a print screen where you can save it as a PDF or send it to your office’s printer. This receipt is identical to the one in the patient’s payment confirmation email.

Additionally, after completing a Terminal payment, you will be prompted to View receipt. This opens the print dialogue box, where you can choose to print the receipt or save it as a PDF.
