Ensure your patients can find you wherever they are. Share your booking link publicly to make it easy for patients to book online anytime. This article contains instructions to add your booking link to your:
To add your booking link to your website:
Locate your online booking widget by navigating to Settings, then Widgets.
Select the desired widget type (Institution, Location, Provider, or Appointment Type), and choose your preferred color.
The code found beneath each sample button is for the widget itself. Click Copy to copy the HTML code found there and provide it to your Web Developer or IT person, or--if you maintain your website yourself--add it to the site in your desired place.
If you only need the URL (not the HTML code to create the button), click Book now and copy the URL from the URL bar.
To add your booking link to your Google search and maps pages:
NexHealth's Reserve with Google integration means your booking link can be automatically added to your Google search and maps pages. To enable this feature, navigate to Settings and then Widgets. Flip the Link online booking in Goggle search toggle to ON.
To manually add the booking link to your Google Business page:
Sign into your Google My Business account.
Choose the My Business listing that you want to edit.
Click on the URLs section.
Find the fields for the links that you want to add.
Add the booking link into the correct field.
To add the booking link to your Facebook page:
Log in to your Facebook account and go to your page's cover picture.
Paste the booking link in your website field.
Optional: you can also add it to your bio!
To add the booking link to your Instagram page:
Go to your Instagram profile and select Edit Profile.
Option 1 - Add the link directly in your URL:

In the Website field, enter your NexHealth booking URL (see above).
Save the changes. Click Done.
Option 2 - In your Link Tree:

If you have many links to share, add your booking link to a Link Tree.
To set up Google Tag Manager integration:
Google Tag Manager gives you more advanced analytics than either NexHealth or Google Analytics do alone. With GTM, you gain visibility into the patient’s full online booking experience–including page loads and individual selections.
Send your NexHealth container ID to your Onboarding Manager.
Load the Configuration JSON into your Google Tag Manager container–this includes all tags.
