NexHealth's Reserve with Google integration means when patients search for a "dentist near me" they can easily schedule an appointment through a Book Now button that’s available right where they’re already searching.
How Reserve with Google works
1. NexHealth will match your address on file with your Google Business Profile.
2. Configure your provider availability for online booking in NexHealth.
3. Link online booking in Google search should be enabled by default. Navigate to Settings --> Widgets, and ensure the toggle is on.
4. A Book Now button displays on your Business Profile listing in Google Search and Maps.
5. When a patient clicks on the Google search link, they will be redirected to your NexHealth Online Booking page.
6. Once they book, you can track your conversion rates with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Create a Google Business Profile
NexHealth integrates with your Google Business Profile to direct patients to post reviews, as well as to add a Book Now button to your search and maps pages so patients can quickly schedule appointments directly from their search.

Remove Reserve with Google link
Prefer not to use the integration? If you prefer to turn off the Google integration and only allow patients to book from a direct link:
1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of NexHealth.
2. Navigate to Settings --> Widgets.
3. Toggle off the Link online booking in Google search toggle. This will apply only to the current location unless you opt to Copy to other locations.
4. The online booking link should be removed within 24 hours.
5. If you change your mind at any time, you can switch the integration back on.
