Get help via chat
The question mark in the bottom right corner is your quick access to chat support and help center resources. |
1. Open the help center.
The help icon in the lower-right will open the help center, where you’ll be able to search help articles, see news, and more. |
2. Select Send us a message.
3. Get help fast from our AI agent.
When you open the chat, the AI agent will let you know that it’s there to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ask it as many questions as you like, and it’ll search our knowledge center for the answer.
4. Chat with a Nexer.
If the AI agent can’t find your answer, it’ll escalate your question to a live NexHealth employee. They’ll chat with you to help resolve your problem.
5. Close the chat

If you have a question you can't find the answer to in the NexHealth Help Center, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team:
1. Locate your support ID.
Your support ID is a unique, temporary 6-digit security code to ensure that only authorized users interact with the NexHealth Support team.
When NexHealth representatives interact with our customers, it is imperative for account security that we verify we are speaking with an approved representative of your office.
Navigate to and open the profile icon in the top right, and click the eye to reveal the 6-digit code. |
2. Email or call support.

Please include as much detail in your request as possible, including the specific area of the platform you're asking about, appointment details (date, time, and visit type), patient name and appointment details, form name(s), etc.
Leave a callback number and we will return your call when an agent is available.
Support hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 7 PM ET (6 AM - 5 PM MT / 5 AM - 4 PM PT)
Once you are live with a NexHealth agent, we’ll ask for your 6-digit Support ID.
3. Grant Remote access.
Sometimes to better assist you, we may ask you to join a remote session so we can investigate potential issues on your computer. Locate the link to join our screen share by selecting Remote access from your avatar in NexHealth.
Then, enter the code the agent gives you to join the session and share your screen. |
