How do I use two-factor authentication (2FA) with NexHealth?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your NexHealth login. 2FA is required to use NexHealth.

Overview

Set up Two-factor authentication

1. Access account settings.

Click your Profile icon in the top right of the NexHealth home page, then select Account settings.

2. Select Manage in Two-step authentication.

At the bottom of your profile settings, you’ll see Two-step authentication. Select Manage.

3. Select your preferred delivery method for the authentication code.

You can select either your profile’s email address or mobile phone number.

4. Click Send verification code

Send the verification code to the target destination. Then, enter the code to finish.

5. Enter the code.

You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code sent to your selected email or mobile device. Enter the code to complete the login process.

Log in using 2FA

Each time you log in to NexHealth, you’ll be prompted to use 2FA.

1. Send the code to your email or phone.

Use Send verification code to send the code.

2. Enter the code.

You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code sent to your selected email or mobile device. Enter the code to complete the login process.
