Overview
Using the sidebar
The sidebar on the left side of your screen will be the primary way you navigate between products. It displays Home, Activity, Patients, and a list of NexHealth products.
Home Screen
On the NexHealth home page, you’ll see the appointments for a selected date, and alerts that provide an at-a-glance overview of actions you can take to ensure patients are ready for their appointments.
The notifications next to patients’ names on the NexHealth home page alert you to missing information, upcoming appointments, or tasks that need attention, like incomplete forms or unverified insurance.
You can also click on any patient name to pull up a slide-out view for that patient.
Activity Feed
The Activity feed displays a running account of everything happening in NexHealth including when patients book an appointment online, complete forms, respond to a review request, and more!
Patients
In the Patients sidebar, you can locate specific patients and their contact information, create new patients, and view archived patients.
Products
The rest of the side bar displays the names of NexHealth’s products. Click on each to navigate to that product.
A lock icon indicates a NexHealth product that you are not yet able to take advantage of. If you're curious, select the product and then click Request access and a Nexer will get in touch with you!
Other Navigational Tips
Patient Search Bar
The patient search bar is available on the top left of every NexHealth page, allowing you to search for and access a patient profile no matter where in the platform you are.
Search for patients by clicking the search bar and typing the first few letters of the patient's name, or click ctrl/cmd**(⌘)** + k to open the search.
Get Help
The question mark in the bottom right corner is your quick access to chat support and help center resources. |
Access Settings
Additional settings for configuring the NexHealth products and editing your profile are found under the gear icon in the upper-right corner. |
