Overview
Enable Reserve with Google
NexHealth's Reserve with Google integration means when patients search for a "dentist near me" they can easily schedule an appointment through a Book Now button that’s available right where they’re already searching.
NexHealth integrates with your Google Business Profile to direct patients to post reviews, as well as to add a Book Now button to your search and maps pages so patients can quickly schedule appointments directly from their search.
NexHealth will match your address on file with your Google Business Profile.
Google integrations are included in your NexHealth subscription at no extra cost. If you do not have a Google Business profile yet, learn how to create one here.
Make sure to configure your Appointment types, Providers and availability, and make any desired customizations to your online booking forms before activating.
1. Go to Gear → Settings → Reserve with Google.
Use the gear icon at the top right to go to Settings, then find Reserve with Google in the left sidebar in the Scheduling section. |

2. Turn on the toggle for Turn on Reserve with Google.
The toggle should now be teal.
A Book Now button displays on your Business Profile listing in Google Search and Maps. When a patient clicks on the Google search link, they will be redirected to your NexHealth Online Booking page.
3. Copy to other locations.
Use the Copy button to copy this setting to other locations from a checkbox list.
Remove Reserve with Google link
Prefer not to use the integration? If you prefer to turn off the Google integration and only allow patients to book from a direct link, you can do that.
1. Go to Gear → Settings → Reserve with Google.
Use the gear icon at the top right to go to Settings, then find Reserve with Google in the left sidebar in the Scheduling section. |

2. Turn off the toggle for Turn on Reserve with Google.
The toggle should now be gray. This will apply only to the current location unless you opt to Copy to other locations.
The online booking link should be removed within 24 hours.
If you change your mind at any time, you can switch the integration back on.
Manually add the booking link to your Google Business page
1. Access your Google Business Listing.
First, you will need to have access to your Google Business Listing at https://www.google.com/business/
If you do not already have access to the listing, you will need to claim it and verify the listing with Google–which requires a postcard sent by mail.
2. Follow the steps outlined by Google.
