Unsubscribing from text messages

As a patient, you can unsubscribe from select messages types.

Provider and affiliate Message Types

You may receive messages from a practice and their affiliates. Messages you receive are categorized into messaging types. Replying STOP in response to one message type will stop that type of message only. To stop all message types from the practice and their affiliates, reply STOPALL. To resubscribe, send UNSTOP.

Security messages cannot be opted out of, even when sending a STOPALL instruction.

Message types and message categorization may be modified from time to time.

NexHealth Message Types

You may receive messages from NexHealth, which are separate from messages you may receive from the practices and their affiliates. When you stop all messages from practices and their affiliates, that does not stop NexHealth messages. You’ll need to separately stop NexHealth messages.
