Resubscribe via Text Message
If you have previously opted out of receiving text messages from your provider, you can choose which types of messages you want to receive by replying to any previous text from your provider.
1. Start the resubscription process.
Reply to a message from your provider at any time with the word START or UNSTOP.
2. Choose your message categories.
You will receive a text message with a numbered list of message categories. These categories include:
Appointment messages
Form messages
Marketing messages
Payment messages
Reminder messages
Reviews
Two-way messaging
All messages
3. Reply with your selection.
Reply with the number or numbers corresponding to the message types you'd like to receive. For example, reply "1, 5" to get appointment and reminder messages, or reply "8" to resubscribe to all messages.
4. Receive confirmation.
After you reply, you will get a confirmation text letting you know that you have been successfully resubscribed to the selected categories.
