Campaigns
Your NexHealth subscription includes 5,000 SMS messages via NexHealth Campaigns per location every month. This is to protect your deliverability rates, while also reducing frustration and unsubscribes from patients. Unused SMS messages do not rollover into following months.
Additional SMS credits can be purchased at a rate of $0.012/SMS message. A warning banner will appear in the Campaigns tab when you approach using 5,000 messages, and you can choose to incur the charge or not. Overage charges are added to your next monthly NexHealth invoice.
Template based SMS do not count against your included Campaign SMS messages. Template SMSs include Form Requests, Reminders, Reviews, Payments, and other similar templates made available. Also, two-way messaging with patients does not count towards your included SMS count for Campaign messaging.

Insurance Verification
Your NexHealth subscription includes 800 verifications per month. After 800, each additional verification is $0.20. You can disallow overages by navigating to Settings --> Usage management and toggling OFF the Allow overages toggle.
Patient Payments
A payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is deducted for each patient payment transaction.
