Your NexHealth subscription includes up to 5,000 SMS messages per location every month via NexHealth Campaigns. This is to protect your deliverability rates, while also reducing frustration and unsubscribes from patients. This 5,000 message limit does NOT include SMS messages for Reminders, Reviews, any other template, or two-way texting with patients. This only applies to SMS messages sent via a Campaign.
If necessary, you may purchase additional credits if you need to send more text messages, although it is not recommended. Instead, we suggest using email for broad communications and reserving SMS campaigns only for emergent information that is directly relevant to specific patients, like sending a weather closure to patients whose appointments need to be rescheduled.
Additional SMS credits can be purchased at a rate of $.012/message. A warning banner will appear in the Campaigns tab when you approach the 5000 message limit, and you can choose to incur the charge or not. Overage charges are added to your next monthly NexHealth invoice.
