Overview
Create a new Campaign
NexHealth offers a selection of pre-built Campaigns to provide a quick and effective means of communicating with groups of your patients. Send personalized messages via text and email about end-of-year insurance benefits offers, weather closures, new team members, holiday greetings, and more. Apply filters to curate a specific patient list. Then, briefly outline your content, and use the built-in AI to write the copy.

By default, NexHealth sends campaigns to active patients synced from your EHR.
You can narrow this list using filters that include:
Demographic info - including patients’ age and gender
Appointment status - including whether the patient has had an appointment or has one booked in the future
Procedure - [Available for Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Enterprise, Denticon, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental], including whether a specific procedure code has/has not been added to the patient’s visit or chart (e.g., unscheduled treatment)
Insurance - [Available for Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft], including the name, group number, and/or employer
Waitlist - [requires access to Scheduling], including whether a patient is on your ASAP or Sooner if Possible list
Continuing care - including whether a patient is due for recall care based on the due date recorded in your system for their next treatment
Search patients - manually search by name to locate specific patients to include
Upload CSV - to upload a CSV containing the patients’ last name, first name, phone number, and email. This is a great way to reach out to patients who show up in specific reports available in your health record system.
6. Verify the patient list, then click Continue.
Verify that the patient list is correct and click Continue.
7. Click + Add email message or click Edit.

Add images

Within the Email builder, select the Image icon.
2. Upload to select the image to add.
Drag and drop your desired image into the box, or click Browse for an image to locate one from your computer. |
3. Click Save.
Images cannot be added to SMS campaigns due to carrier requirements.
Videos cannot be directly embedded in a campaign. However, you can upload an image of the video and then use the link icon to overlay a link to the video. This will allow patients to click on the image and launch the video.
