Overview
Payout Timing & Bank Deposits
NexHealth batches payments into daily payout windows:
Payout Window
All payments collected within those 24-hr windows are paid out to your bank account within two business days. Depending on your specific bank, the funds will arrive in your bank account 1-2 business days after that.
Eastern Time: Transactions are processed between 1:00 AM and 12:59 AM ET the following day.
Pacific Time: Transactions are processed between 10:00 AM and 9:59 PM ET the following day.
Standard Payout Timing
Payouts are initiated 48 hours after the close of the payout window.
Bank Deposit Timing
Funds typically appear in your bank account 1–2 business days after the payout is initiated, depending on your bank.
Expedited Payouts
Upon request and for a nominal fee, the payout delay can be reduced to 24 hours. Please contact support through our chat functionality for this.
Understanding Payout Amounts
Net Payouts
NexHealth issues net payouts, which means:
The fees are deducted before the deposit is sent to the bank account.
You will not see a separate debit for fees.
What are the fees for using NexHealth Payments?
For in-office terminals, the fee is a 2.6% + $0.07 per transaction.
For text-to-pay and online transactions, the fee is a 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
