Check Your Payout Statement
Go to Payments
Click Transaction history
Click Reports
Select Payout statement (PDF)
Set a date range a few days before and after the date you're investigating
Look for a Payout entry matching the expected date and amount
Bank Processing Delays
There may be a 1β2 business day delay between the payout date shown in NexHealth and when the funds appear in your bank. This delay is controlled by your bank; NexHealth does not have visibility into or control over it.
For example, a payout dated February 15 may not appear in your bank account until February 16 or 17.
Still can't find your deposit?
If your Payout Statement shows a payout was sent but you cannot locate the funds after 2+ business days, contact NexHealth Support for further investigation.
