The Go-live checklist provides everything you need to know and do for each step of the onboarding journey.

Follow the steps below to ensure your NexHealth implementation goes smoothly:

Kickoff

Tell us about your goals and what matters most to you to ensure you see all the value you're expecting from NexHealth. Please come prepared to the kickoff call by following the below checklist:

1. Click on the Get Started button in your welcome email. This will guide you through the starting steps depending on your health record system.

2. Make sure you are prepared for your Zoom video call. See our Zoom Tips & Tricks. You will need a computer with a microphone and camera (optionally) for the kickoff call.

3. Health Record System Access: Have access to your health record system admin credentials. Or, have your IT Manager on call for assistance.


4. Patient Forms: Submit your forms to be digitized or choose from our templated forms.


4. Chrome Extension: Download the NexHealth Chrome extension if your health record system requires it.


5. Cancel your existing service: Send email #1 to your existing service informing them of your planned termination date.

Customization & Setup

In your customization call, you'll customize NexHealth to fit your practice's needs. To get a head start, check out the guides below.

Training

In your training call, additional staff learn to use NexHealth. The training content will be similarly structured to the getting started guides in our help center.
