During your first onboarding call, you will meet your onboarding manager, review your practice goals, and discuss the timeline and next steps to customize NexHealth.
Review the list below to prepare for your call:
Get Started
You will receive two different emails from NexHealth:
One is the invitation to your Kickoff meeting. This will contain the link to join Zoom.
The second is a welcome email from our CEO, Al Uddin, with a green Get Started button. Click on this button to begin the installation process for the NexHealth Synchronizer. Following the prompts in this email before your Kickoff call will enable you to move even faster toward getting NexHealth up and running.
Set up the optimal space
Zoom's secure, reliable video platform is how we will meet for your kickoff, customization, and training meetings.
Quiet: To get the most out of your training, it helps to take the call away from the front desk where you can focus without interruptions.
Computer: You’ll be logging into NexHealth during the call, so be sure to launch Zoom from a computer where you can also access the internet.
Audio/microphone: You’ll need to be able to hear us and speak to ask questions. Test the audio and microphone on your device here.
Camera optional: We love to see our smiling customers, and will have our cameras on, but you can choose to be camera on or off.
Access your Zoom link
Click on the hyperlink in your calendar invite. Your web browser will open, and take you directly into the Zoom meeting.
You may need to click on the Zoom icon to open Zoom, especially the first time you use it.
Click Join with Computer Audio if your computer has a microphone. If not, use the call-in number to dial in via phone.
Share with your team
Zoom allows you to invite as many team members as you like to the session–even in different offices. Just forward the link in your meeting invitation to them.
We will record and share all of your sessions with you. You can access them for team members who can't join the meeting, review them later on for a refresher, or even use them to train new staff on your particular NexHealth workflow!
