Payment receipts

Save and print receipts for your patients and internal records

Auto-emailed patient receipts

Patients automatically receive an emailed receipt when they make any NexHealth payment (via Terminals, payment requests, charged cards on file, or online widget).

Print payment receipts

To manually print a receipt for any completed payment:

  1. Navigate to the Transaction History tab in Payments.

  2. Click on the ellipsis (...) to the right of the transaction (payments or refunds).

  3. Select Print Receipt

This opens a Print dialogue box, where you can choose to print the receipt or save it as a PDF. This receipt is identical to the one in the Payment Confirmation email.

Additionally, after completing a Terminal payment, you will be prompted to View Receipt. This opens the Print dialogue box, where you can choose to print the receipt or save it as a PDF.
