Add your logo to customize communications, campaigns, and forms

Uploading a new logo to NexHealth is easy. Logos are displayed on all of the templates, at the top of all forms, on the online booking landing page, and in campaigns.


​Upload a new logo

1. To upload a logo, navigate to the gear icon and choose Settings.

2. Select Logo from the left side menu.

3. Click on Upload Logo (logos must be saved as jpg or png files).

Use logo for multiple locations

If your practice has multiple locations with different logos, you can choose Use this logo for other locations.

1. Click on Copy and then select the desired location(s).

2. Click Continue. The logo is copied to the other locations and will appear on templates and forms, as well as in the smart commands for the selected location(s).

Add logo to campaigns, forms, or templates

Your logo is automatically inserted at the top of all of your NexHealth communications. If it does not appear, you can use the INSERTLOGO smart command to automatically make your logo appear at the top of campaigns, forms, and templates.

To add the INSERTLOGO smart command in templates or campaigns:

1. Open the template or campaign editor.

2. Place your cursor where you would like the logo to be in the text editor. Click on Company logo in the smart command list to the right.

To add your logo in a form

1. Navigate to Forms --> Manage forms and click on the form you want to add the logo to to open the form editor.

2. Drag the Location logo form component to the top of your form.

Update your location address or phone number on templates or campaigns

If you need to update the address or phone number that appears on any of your automatic communications, our support team can assist. We will be glad to make the update on our end so it will display correctly on your communications.
