1-click booking speeds up the online booking by providing the next 3 days' openings, and then auto-filling patient information into the booking form when they select the time they want.

To add 1-click booking to any messages, templates or campaigns, you need to have your online booking set up and patient communications enabled:
1. Open the communication where you want to insert the 1-click link. We recommend using Templates--especially the Recall and Post Appointment templates.
2. Scroll to the Appointment Slots smart commands.
3. Select the type of appointment you want patients to be able to schedule.
4. This will insert availability for the next 3 consecutive days with openings from the providers of that appointment type. (As configured in your online booking setup.)
Patients select the time they prefer, and that's it! The appointment is automatically inserted into your health record system.
