Login
Navigate to NexHealth.com/login
Type in the email address associated with your NexHealth account and your password. The email may be the one used when your account was initially created, or one an Admin user in your office has added for you.
If you forget your password, click on Forgot password? above the password box. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email you provide.
If you are having trouble logging in, it may be helpful to clear your cookies and cache and try again. If you are still unable to get in, please contact our Support team at [email protected].

Primary navigation through NexHealth is done from the left side of your screen, similar to how you might navigate your email inbox. The Activity feed displays a running account of everything happening in NexHealth including when patients book an appointment online, complete forms, respond to a review request, and more!
There is also a section for each NexHealth product that allows you to use the included features. For example, under Communications, you will find access to Messages, Campaigns, and our most popular Templates.
Switch locations
If your user profile has access to multiple locations, you can switch between locations using the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner.
Access Settings
Additional settings for configuring the NexHealth products, including Managing users and practice analytics, are found under the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Lock icon
A lock icon indicates a NexHealth product that you are not yet able to take advantage of. If you're curious, click Request access and a Nexer will get in touch with you!
Get Help
The question mark in the bottom right corner is your quick access to chat support and help center resources.
