View Analytics in the following areas:
Appointments (Booked in office / online and status)
Reminders (Reminders Sent / Reminders Confirmed)
Patients (New / Active / Inactive)
Patient Satisfaction (Total Reviews / Avg Review Score)
Recall Messages (Emails / SMS)
Cancellation Follow-ups (Emails / SMS)
No Show Follow-ups (Email / SMS)
1. To access your analytics, navigate to the gear icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Analytics.
3. Create a data export that includes data tables from different areas of the platform.
OR
4. Choose any of the tabs across the top (Appointments, Reminders, Patients, Patient Satisfaction, Recall, Cancelled Follow-Upa, No-Show Follow-Ups) to view data specific to that feature.
5. Adjust the date range by clicking the This week tab.
6. Click on the CSV download button to view the selected data.
7. Scroll right to view all the fields.
8. Click on the CSV button to download the file as a CSV.
