NexHealth Payments is available for practices in the United States and Canada. This article explains what's supported in each location.

NexHealth Payments is fully supported for practices located in:

- All 50 states
- Washington, D.C.
- Puerto Rico

Practices based in other US territories or possessions — such as the US Virgin Islands, Guam, or American Samoa — are not supported.

NexHealth Payments is available for Canadian practices with one limitation: in-office payment terminals are not available in Canada. Online payments and Ledger Sync are fully supported.
