When you first land in NexHealth after installing the Synchronizer you may see a banner telling you that some features may be unavailable.
You may also notice that certain features that you would expect to be able to interact with are locked with view only access.
Why do I have the banner, and why are some features locked?
As you have just recently installed the Synchronizer, it may take some time for us to fully sync all of your records and ensure that the data we’re displaying in the app is accurate. To ensure your set up goes smoothly, we have certain areas of the app locked, for example our online booking system.
Do I need to do anything about the banner?
We will notify you through email once everything has been successfully synced for you, and the banner will disappear.
