Message anyone from NexHealth simply by entering a phone number - no need to create a full patient record first. Add information to create a complete patient profile when you’re ready.

1. Navigate to Messages.

2. Click the Pencil icon to the right of the Find a patient search bar.

3. Enter the recipient’s phone number in the open field.

4. Press Enter to begin the conversation.

If a contact you message does not become a patient, you can archive the contact in NexHealth to remove them from patient search. Read more about archiving non-synced patient records.
