Your NexHealth subscription includes 5,000 SMS messages per month. If needed, you can opt to be billed for additional messages over 5,000.

Campaigns are an effective communication channel with patients. To facilitate this, NexHealth includes 5,000 SMS messages each month as part of your subscriptions. If needed, you can purchase additional credits at a rate of $0.12/message.

A warning banner will appear in the Campaigns tab when you are approaching your 5000 message limit, and you can choose to incur the charge or not. Overage charges will be added to your NexHealth invoice.

To minimize your costs, NexHealth will only charge for the messages that are actually sent.

Does this limit affect my regular Messaging or Templates?

No. This limit is only for Campaigns and was designed to protect deliverability for mass messaging. The 5,000 message limit does not apply to your Reminders, Review requests, two way texting or any other regular communication.
