How to check payer support
Go to stedi.com/healthcare/network.
Search for the payer by name or ID.
Find the Eligibility checks column in the results.
Reading the eligibility checks column
Filled checkmark — NexHealth fully supports this payer. Verification will run without any additional setup.
Hollow checkmark — The payer requires enrollment before NexHealth can verify patients with that carrier. NexHealth does not currently handle enrollment on your behalf. Your practice will need to contact the payer directly to complete enrollment before verification will work.
If a payer does not appear in the list at all, NexHealth does not currently support it. Use this form to request that we add a payer to our database. We will take all requests under consideration, although we cannot promise a timeline or that we will be able to add them.
