When NexHealth representatives interact with our customers, it is imperative for account security that we verify we are speaking with an approved representative of your office.
To ensure we are speaking to an authorized user, we have implemented a Support ID in NexHealth. Your Support ID is a temporary 6-digit code that can be easily shared with the NexHealth team. Simply give the Support agent your name, your Support ID, and your practice zip code, and we will be ready to assist!
To locate your Support ID:
Login to your NexHealth account.
Navigate to your profile icon in the top right of NexHealth.
3. Click on the eye to reveal the 6-digit code.
