Filter your NexHealth Campaigns lists to reach exactly the right patients

1. Navigate to Campaigns, and click New Campaign or use an existing one.

2. Choose the locations you’d like to select patients from.

3. This will open the audience filters, where you can select your patient list. Available filters include:

a. Demographic info, including patients’ age and gender

b. Appointment status, including whether the patient has had an appointment or has one booked in the future

c. Procedure, [Available for Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, and Open Dental] including whether a specific procedure code has/has not been added to the patient’s visit or chart

d. Insurance, [Available for Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft] including the name, group number, and/or employer

e. Waitlist, [Requires access to Scheduling] including whether a patient is on your ASAP or Sooner if Possible list.

f. Continuing care, including whether a patient is due for recall care

g. Manual Search, to locate a specific patient to include

h. Upload CSV, to upload a CSV containing the patients’ last name, first name, phone number, and email. Typically, these are exported from your health record system

4. Be sure to click Save after each filter is applied.

5. After you have entered your filters, click Continue. This will take you to review and verify your patient list so you can remove any who you do not want to receive the campaign.

6. Then, continue to the campaign builder to author and edit your message.
