How to cancel my previous service?

To ensure your patients do not receive duplicate communications from your existing service and NexHealth, we have drafted two emails that you can copy, paste, and send to your existing vendor.

Email 1: Notifying upcoming cancellations of existing service

When to send: 2 weeks before launching NexHealth

Subject: Urgent* Terminating contract with [vendor name] on [Go-Live Date]

Body:

Dear [Existing Service] Team,

This letter is to inform you that we have decided to terminate our contract and will no longer be using your solution as of [Go-Live Date].

We wish you the best.

Sincerely,

[Name]

Email 2: Immediate need to turn off existing service

When to send: when you go live with NexHealth

Subject: Urgent* : Please turn off off [vendor name] ASAP

Body:

Dear [Existing Service] Team,

Please turn off our system immediately. We have opted to move forward with a different solution.
