Troubleshooting forms issues or getting feature updates may occasionally require updating the Enlive forms app on either the desktop or your iPad.
To update on the desktop:
1. Navigate to goenlive.com
2. Log in to your Enlive account. (Please note, the credentials here may not match your NexHealth login.
3. Navigate to your profile.
4. Choose Settings, then click Download Installer. Click the download to launch the installer.
5. This will add the most up-to-date version of the app to your machine and delete the old one. Follow the prompts in the install wizard.
6. Click Launch.
To update on the iPad:
1. Open the App Store on your iPad. Search for Enlive Patient Forms.
2. Select the UPDATE button on the upper-right side of the app.
3. Click OPEN to relaunch the app as normal.
