How do I know which patient phone number will receive communications?

Patient communications can go out via email or text. For text messages, we will send our communications to the first phone number (starting from the top) that is a cell phone.

Scenario 1: Single Phone Number on the Account

In this example, the first number is a cell phone, so the text communication would go out to (404)202-0202

Scenario 2: Multiple Phone Numbers on the Account

In this example, the first number is a landline, so the text communication would go out to (620)341-0175 since it is a cell phone.
